Manor Consulting, NYC, LLC is a Staten Island-based construction consulting agency that takes a transparent, innovative, and holistic approach to home assessment and modification in New York and New Jersey. Our team combines a unique blend of construction and clinical experience, which can be applied to create and implement plans to create safe and accessible spaces. We aim to take a proactive approach to maximize immediate safety and function but also to future-proof the environment. Meet Our Team
We are a husband and wife team, who have identified an opportunity to combine knowledge and expertise to better serve our community and neighbors. We believe firmly in the importance of delivering compassionate, honest, and transparent service to our clients.
Owner and Vice President, Jason Prisco, holds a bachelors degree in architecture from Pratt Institute, and has over 25 years of high-end residential and commercial construction experience in New York City. From brainstorming and idea generation through the final finishing touch, he can partner with you on every step of your project. Jason has built high-end breweries, wineries, restaurants, shops, storefronts, and homes throughout New York City. He is founder and co-owner of In House Group, Inc., a well-respected, NYC-based construction company that has been serving the community since 2007.
Owner and President, Dina Prisco, holds a masters degree in occupational therapy from New York University, and has thirteen years of clinical and administrative experience in the field. Her attention to detail relating to accessibility, mobility, universal design, and thoughtful sensory spaces can help to ensure the creation of maximally accessible and safe spaces for all individuals. Dina has worked for the New York City public school and early intervention systems, and currently in higher education administration.
